Barryville 72-74 1975 western trip #4 i think

Hey all,
i just found this site. is there anyone that went to barryville these years. a few names i still recall are, neil (PeeWee) kaplan, matt weinner, todd haber. staff, stu kirsch, mona and doug. if any of these names ring a bell, let me know. it would be great to track down some of the people from those years.

That is correct....Turk was like the Lenny Bruce of Welmet, I provided the slapstick and Floyd was the straight man....yeah we were all on your Western trip.

I was supposed to be on that western trip with Jackie because we were in unit 5 together but instead I became the youngest employee, working as an old-lady sitter for one of the camp head's mother. So I feel like I'm supposed to know so many people, yet so few sound familiar. I hope some of the folks I worked with that summer and was friends with for years after that are coming this summer like Ronnie Rudolf...where are you Ronnie? other names i remember were Beth and Lauren Green, whom I went to high school with, the Myonis Twins, Patti, Brad (fwhere are you?)and Alice (old counselors that helped me survive), the Flatbush boys, the kitchen boys (bruce, steve, scott..including Glen Sherman of course), Rick Gold, Kenny -- is that you? Dana was also in the unit 5 group that went on western trip...I hope to see many of you next month!

Go to the photos page and search for 'carmines'.

We're a group who went to Narrowsburg from 1967 through 1972 and then western trip 2 in 1973.

You can see the same core group circa 1974 by searching for the photo 'lacross gang'.

The Rickens lived next door to the Myones family in Seaford and became part of our clan.

I don't know who your neighbor is....

oops - I just discovered that carmine's has another location in midtown, which is probably where you were.

my neighbor would have been whichever one of you lived near the carmine's in the 90's. I assumed someone did, because otherwise why on earth would you have been there.

(actually, I was wondering if, and how, my elusive neighbor would be going to the reunion...)
